• ✓ Channel connection data — tokens, page IDs, and permissions granted when you connect third-party channels (e.g. WhatsApp Business, Meta, TikTok, Google) to your ChatMakky agent.
• ✓ Conversation data — messages, attachments, and metadata exchanged between your customers and your AI agent through connected channels, which you control and which we process on your behalf.
• ✓ Usage data — log data, device/browser information, IP address, and interactions with the dashboard, collected automatically.
• ✓ Payment data — processed by our payment provider (e.g. Stripe); we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Information

ChatMakky acts as an intermediary that routes messages and data to the providers and channels you configure; we do not sell conversation content to third parties.
