How does the 2-day free trial work?
The trial is on the Basic plan. Sign up, build your agent and connect your channels — you're not billed for the first two days, and you can cancel before the trial ends at no cost. Advanced and Agency start billing right away, but you can upgrade to either one whenever you're ready.
Do I need my own AI provider keys?
Yes — ChatMakky is bring-your-own-key on every plan. Connect an API key from a provider you already use, such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Groq or ElevenLabs, and your agent runs on that model. You pay the provider for model usage and ChatMakky for the platform.
Which channels are included?
All ten channels are available on every plan: WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, X, Discord, your website, email and phone. There's no extra per-channel charge.
What counts as an AI agent?
An agent is one configured assistant — its own prompt, knowledge, tools, flows and connected channels. Most people use one agent per business or brand, which is why the Advanced and Agency plans exist for anyone running several at once.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade when you need more agents or features, and downgrade if you need fewer. Your agents, flows and contacts stay where they are.
Is there really no message limit?
Conversations are unlimited on all three plans. The only usage you're metered on is what your AI provider charges for the model calls themselves.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, there's no contract or minimum term. Cancel from your dashboard and you won't be billed for the next cycle.
